I'm halfway through s2 so I'm interested in writing post-s1 for now. I've never read the webtoon!
From The Uncanny Counter, based on the webtoon Amazing Rumor. So Mun is a previously physically disabled boy who is granted powers by accidentally colliding with a Yung spirit, Wi-gen, and agreeing to fight evil spirits on their behalf. His backstory involves some trauma, bullying, parental death and survivor's guilt. Some power spoilers below.
Mun's abilities:
As a Counter, he possesses superhuman speed, short-range psychometry and the ability to sense evil spirits that enter Yung's "Territory" (but in a range minor to that of Ha-na's). He later acquires psychokinesis and the ability to touch and summon the Territory at will.
